DBCanvas

A visual canvas for designing a database topology and deploying it as real, disposable Docker nodes — with DNS, TLS, LDAP, replication, monitoring, and backups wired in — for testing, demos, training, and troubleshooting.

About

DBCanvas lets you design a database topology on a canvas — picking from eleven starter templates covering Percona XtraDB Cluster, Percona Server, MySQL Community with asynchronous replication, InnoDB Cluster/Group Replication, and MariaDB (standalone, replication, or Galera) — then deploy it with one click into real, running Docker containers wired together with DNS, TLS, LDAP, replication, monitoring, and backups. It’s built for testing, demos, training, troubleshooting, and benchmarking: spin up a production-shaped cluster in minutes, exercise it, and tear it down.

DBCanvas is explicitly for previewing, testing, and learning — not for production. Everything it deploys is disposable lab infrastructure, with default credentials and containers that trade durability for speed of setup.

It’s released under the GPL-3.0 license.
