Bytebase

A database change-management platform with a GUI/GitOps workflow for reviewing, approving, and rolling out schema migrations, plus SQL linting and access control.

About

Bytebase gives teams a GUI and GitOps-driven workflow for proposing, reviewing, and rolling out database schema changes, backed by more than 200 built-in SQL lint rules, role-based access control, and an audit log of every change and query.

Its core is released under the MIT license, with a separate enterprise license covering features gated behind roles, plans, and permission enforcement. It runs as a single Docker container (bytebase/bytebase) or deploys to Kubernetes via the official Helm chart, and supports MySQL, MariaDB, TiDB, and several other database engines.
