Akamai Cloud, the platform formerly known as Linode, offers fully managed database clusters powered by Aiven for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Valkey. Clusters run in Akamai’s core compute regions on Dedicated CPU or Shared CPU plans, and three-node clusters provide high availability with automatic failover.
Data is backed up daily and encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to trusted IP addresses, and logs and metrics are available through Akamai Cloud Pulse. Akamai advertises 99.99% uptime with a 15-minute critical response time.
