Showcase your MySQL Project
OurSQL Foundation will have a booth at Percona Live Amsterdam, and we’d like to use part of this space to showcase smaller projects connected to the MySQL ecosystem.
Present your project to the conference audience, meet potential users and contributors, share materials, and show what you are building.
Participation format
Several projects may share the OurSQL Foundation booth. Depending on interest, we may organize this as:
- Shared booth presence
- Scheduled time slots
- Short demos
- Interactive activities
- A flexible mixed format
The final setup can be discussed once we know which projects are interested.
What OurSQL Foundation provides
- A place for your representative (attendance ticket)
- Table space for flyers, cards, stickers, or swag
- Support with a simple interactive activity
- Access to a TV screen for demos, upon request
- Space for a roll-up banner
- Coordination of the booth schedule
What we ask from you
- One representative for the booth
- 2–3 hours of participation during the conference
- A short project pitch
- Flyers, stickers, cards, or other handouts
- Swag for visitors, if available
- A roll-up banner, if desired
- Demo materials, if you want to use a TV screen
- An optional interactive idea to discuss with the Foundation team
Recommended materials
To make the most of the booth, we recommend preparing:
A simple overview visitors can take away.
Link to your website, GitHub, docs, or signup page.
Small items that help people remember your project.
A live demo or screen recording for the TV.
Try it, star it, join the community, book a demo, or contribute.
Swag and printing support
If needed, we can help discuss swag ideas or coordinate printing and production in Europe, depending on timing and requirements.
